Landscape Crew leader - full time. Great starting salary $16 - 26 per hour depending upon experience. 4 years continuous landscape experience, good organizational skills, Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record. Must have the ability to obtain and retain a medical card. A portion of your uniform expense is compensated. Our standard work week is 6 days a week from April - July 4. After July 4, Saturdays will only be worked to make up for rain days until the end of landscape season. Must be reliable, polite, respectful and honest with our customers and team members. Can handle criticism and directions, we are never disrespectful to team members. Able to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision and oversee crew members. Safely drive and operate various company vehicles and equipment. Perform snow removal work and be available for overtime/emergency snow removal when necessary. Ability to participate in completing landscape projects, also executing snow removal. Manage job assigned. If material is picked up, make sure proper paperwork is turned into the office. Review job work orders and distribute all pertinent documentation to crew members. Lead work crews to maintain an organized work flow. Ensure all crew members have proper tools and safety bear to complete work. Make sure work is completed in a proper manner.
