SIR GROUT IS HIRING!!! Sir Grout is growing and we are looking for a strong candidate to become Lead Technicians for our restoration business. The Lead Technician is responsible for floor, shower and other hard surface restoration work in homes and businesses and ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the service performed. The candidate must be exceptional in dealing with customers and meticulous with their work. This is not an office position; you will be working in homes and businesses. AN IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE: - A "customer first" attitude and an ability to interact professionally with customers - 2 years experience working on floors, showers and other hard surfaces - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be meticulous and organized - Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision - A clean driver's license, reliable work ethic, honest, trustworthy and on time. Especially on time! - Available weekdays, some Saturdays, some evenings (Saturdays are infrequent, evenings are rare) - Have a safe place to park and store a company vehicle - A working cell phone and personal computer with Internet and a color printer - Previous tile installation, construction background and sales experience all a major PLUS ANNUAL COMPENSATION $38,000-$45,000 POSITION LOGISTICS - Location: Bucks County Pennsylvania Hunterdon and Sommerset NJ - Environment: Mostly inside homes and businesses (95%); some outdoor (5%) - Vehicle: A company vehicle may be provided after a trial period - approx 2-4 months - Equipment: Provided by Sir Grout - Materials: Provided by Sir Grout IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE HIT "REPLY" AT THE TOP OF THIS POSTING.
