Survey: Dog-Centric Socializing hotels?

Are there any hotels that have an unleashed people-dog social hang arena. Our hotel was small 'dog-friendly' but there wasn't really any area within hotel grounds that he was welcome. He barked when alone in room so we could n't even enjoy pool together. There's a super expensive place in mountains over 400 a night and its not even hotel that'd have lots of people which to socialize. Creating play group for small dogs out of this frustration.
