Replace/Install Ceiling Fan

Hello, My ceiling fan in the kitchen is bad and making a lot of noise. Also, there may or may not be an electrical short because the lights go out about 30 sec after I turn them on. I bought a new one, but am looking for someone EXPERIENCED, like an electrician, to come and install it for a reasonable cash price. Take the old one down and put the new one up and connect it properly. Must have your own tools and step ladder. I have an electrical meter/tester you can use if necessary, but I prefer you bring your own. Preferably today (Sunday 10/24 or tomorrow Monday 10/24) Respond with your name, phone number and experience and the price you would charge and when you are available to come out.
