We want to buy a pup or young dog that's affordable please

I'm hoping someone has that special pup or young dog that needs a loving 4ever home and doesn't want a huge rehoming fee. I'm not sure if we want a little dog or big dog? If we get a big dog would have to be a girl. Would love to find a Collie or Husky or what do you have that's fuffy, possibly a doodle breed? And... if a small breed I really don't have a preference if boy or girl, just that he/she be adorable, sweet and smart. Would adore a toy poodle, Pom or Yorki or? I might be asking a lot here because everything I find that I would love to buy is close to a thousand and over. I do realize nothing is free or cheap anymore and I guess that goes for pets too... Whatever pet we do buy, is going to be very lucky and loved. Will have a fenced in yard to play an potty but will be an inside dog. Will be fed quality food, treats, have lots of chew toys and can even sleep in my bed. Will get vet care and be kept up to date on everything. We can give a dog a wonderful home. I just don't have thousands saved. I know there are good people out there that actually do care more about the dog than the money, it's just harder to find these angels among us nowadays. Not long ago we had to put our beloved older dog to sleep and it's been really sad and just not right without him. We need a pup to bring smiles and happiness back in our home. To fill this empty void and hole in our hearts. My son is special needs teenager that grew up w/ our dog and doesn't quite understand why he's gone and he misses him as well. It's been pretty sad... so please if you have a pup or young adult girl dog that needs a loving home, it's possibly here w/ us. We could really use a new best friend just can't afford too much.
