Handyman - routine, trustworthy, in the valley

I had a handman once would help me with routine projects... I'm listing these out, so you have an idea of what I'm looking for Winter: (usually 1 day of work) - caulk bathrooms - winterise swamp cooler - check gutters - repair random items (change light fixtures, fence latch, fix the fence, new fan installed) - vacuum the heater out - determine why something is leaking Spring: (usually 1 day of work) -service the swamp cooler, get up up and running - check on trees and bushes, report issues - ability to repair sprinkler system On occasion, I need painting done... verification that someone else paints and does it well.
