On-site caretaker, Housing provided for a discount or $20.00 per hour for as-needed Maintenance and repairs, property upkeep of 10 cottage unit rental community. Skills in simple repairs and maintenance. Tools requried, with repair experience in minor plumbing, painting, and simple carpentry. All houses are updated, in excellent condition, and well maintained. The on-Site caretaker would report to the owner, provide assistance as needed in maintenance when needed, improve the exterior curb appeal of the community, give access to potential renters for showings and safeguard property as an on-site caretaker. Do periodic interior inspections, pest control once a month, monitor community, turnover, and new move-in prep at end of the lease terms, serve 3-day notices when needed. Transportation required. The ideal situation for someone who also works and looking for a side gig that includes a housing discount. The time needed weekly for maintenance is estimated at no more than 12 hours per week on average. 50% discount on rental in exchange for On-site services. Will also consider local who lives no further than 15 minutes from the community paid by the hour for services. Criminal Background check and references required.
