Kick off Halloweekend with the AF-Capital Area Hub and discover the haunted side of the DMV in Old Town Alexandria! In ye olden days, Alexandria was once part of our beloved nation's capital. Old Town is home to some of the areas oldest and most famous spooks and specters. Alexandria Colonial Tours will be taking us around to meet them and have a fun evening learning a little bit of the darker side to our capital's history. Whether you believe in ghosts or not, it will be a fun night of spookiness with your AF Capital friends. WHERE We will meet at Alexandria City Hall at 301King Street in Old Town Alexandria. We will meet right out front by the fountain. Guides will be dressed in historical garb. WHEN Friday, October 29th at 8pm sharp. If you are late, our lovely guides may leave without you. WHAT This tour will run rain or shine and is mostly walking and standing so wear comfy shoes. The tour runs for about an hour and a half total. Please bring a mask. After, if you aren't ready to brave the darkened streets alone, join us for some drinks at a local pub. TBD.
