The Boo-Bee is a Tipsy Halloween Spelling Bee & Costume Contest to Raise Money for Breast Cancer Patients! In recognition of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Old Major is holding its 3rd Annual Boo-Bee Halloween spelling bee and costume contest to help raise money for breast cancer patients at the University of Maryland's Greenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. Those participating in the spelling bee will be taking a shot of liquor with each round. Please plan to have a designated driver. Join us for spooky tunes and tasty drinks, bites and potions! Drink specials will be available. Attendees must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from within 72-hours of the event. No exceptions. Must be 21+ to enter. Masks required for entry. Old Major is an eclectic and casual bar and event space located in Southwest Baltimore's Railroad District in Historic Pigtown/Washington Village, just west of downtown and the stadiums. We serve well-known beer and spirits, along with local Maryland-produced craft beer, liquor, wines and specialty cocktails.  Our beer inventory includes more than 30 varieties available on draft and in bottles and cans. Tasty West Indian and pub food are also served. Stop in for a drink, a bite, an event or to play one of our games or hang out on our outdoor patio.
