carpenter seeking helper. roofing experience is highly desired (a year or more would be great) and a plus.most important quality is to show up on time and well rested so you have energy and are ready to work. must be able to set up and move 24' or 32' ladders alone. must be able to carry 80lbs on shoulder up a ladder. some carpentry experience would be great. if you can paint it is an added bonus to me. must have a good attitude, be respectful of others, and transportation or ability to get to jobs. FYI, jobs I do and have done 1) residential home construction (framing), remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing (asphalt, flat, cedar, slate), drywall, painting, plumbing, electric, windows and doors, detail finish carpentry, fence installations, need to dig for posts and trenches, tile, masonry, decks, wood rot, plus much more.
