Several of us went out when he had been barking 45 min. None of us were allowed to have dogs in our building.
We unfastened him. He went to building door and then to an apartment door and laid down in front of it. knocked on door but loud music & didn't answer. two others called animal control. They don't open till 7 am. He's so scared i think he'd be traumatized if they took him & put him in a cage.
if you can, tomorrow (Monday) check with animal control & see if they picked up a medium size black dog (i don't know breeds) in Cap Hill who is really scared. He needs a good, safe home where he is wanted.
