CACAO | BREATH | MOVEMENT | DANCE | CONNECTION SOVEREIGN DANCE FLOW An ecstatic experience of embodied expression CACAO | BREATH | MOVEMENT | DANCE | CONNECTION Reclaim your power and rediscover your soul at this embodied dance experience, the first event of a monthly dance series. We will gather as a community with the intention of dropping into our bodies, building energy with breath and movement, and integrating as more empowered and authentic versions of ourselves. 3-3:20pm: Opening Cacao Ceremony 3:20-3:40pm: Embodiment Breathwork 3:40-4pm: Light Yoga Flow 4-5pm: Ecstatic Dance 5-5:30pm: Closing Integration Circle Cacao and water will be served.
