Creative Handyman Install Overhead Storage

I am looking for someone who is creative and can help come up with a solution to install overhead storage in shipping container. Sounds pretty simple, right? I need someone to put together (2) new still in box 4 x 8 overhead storage racks. Then most likely install 2 x 3 to the walls and ceiling by attaching the 2 x 3 to the aerial tie downs located every 4 feet and then attaching the racks to the 2 x 3's for support. *** This may be the challenge for some, all done without drilling or putting holes in the container. Project start date is flexible, anytime between Wednesday and Saturday of this week. I do not expect for this project to take more than one day. Must have all tools necessary to complete the job. I will purchase any additional materials that may be needed.
