This workshop will give you the tools to become an energetic match for whatever it is you're ready to welcome into your life. _______ Get ready to: - explore what you truly desire to manifest in your life, and why - begin move past limiting beliefs that have kept you from your desires in the past - learn practices based on the Law of Attraction, so that your desires can come to fruition _______ Manifestation is not about pushing or forcing. It's about finding a balance between taking necessary action steps, and also being open to receiving, from a peaceful and aligned place. _______ Manifestation Magic will include: - a brief journaling workshop to connect with your heart's desires - one hour of yoga flow (suitable for all levels from new yogis to seasoned yogis), designed to allow you to release limiting beliefs that are being stored in the body as well as open up the heart space, so you may walk your life path with ease - half an hour of guided meditation to allow you to connect with your highest self, and deep states of authentic inner peace What to bring: - a journal and pen or pencil - feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but we have extras if you need *****Due to social distancing guidelines, this workshop is limited to the first 10 people who sign up.
