New to yoga or returning to your mat. Don't miss this free event! Come join us this coming Wednesday 10/27/21 at 11am for a Special Pop up!! Christiane will lead a 30 min101 class flow followed by a 30 min Salutation Breakdown We will serve tea and light refreshments after class so you can hang around and ask questions and get to know each other! Can't wait to see you on your mat!! Face masks are not required but recommended for all individuals (regardless of vaccination status) per CDC Guidelines, to reduce the risk of being infected with the Delta variant and possibly spreading it to others.
