The best way to know a town is to visit its cemetery! A spooky and informative and sometimes hilarious tour of the Price Cemetery. *NEW* New content! New locations! Our Price City Cemetery Tour has gotten so big, we need to expand! We visit with the outlaws of the Price City Cemetery and learn a little bit of cemetery lore and and a lot of local history along the way. See the outlaws originally buried outside of the cemetery gates, a space reserved for the bad and the undesirable, drifters and soiled doves. Meet some of Carbon County's most famous and infamous outlaws, outlaws turned lawmen and the women that they loved, and hated. Hear how murderers and their victims share neighboring burial plots in this tour. This 2 hour tour will be sure to scare the life right out of you! FAQs !! IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION !! In an effort to keep the tour participants and our tour guides safe, the Eastern Utah Tourism & History Association has implemented special conditions that MUST be followed. Tours are strictly limited to 20 participants. All tour tickets must be paid in advance. NO WALK INs WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TOUR! NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOUR!! Social distancing will be enforced at all locations on the tour. Face masks or face coverings will be encouraged. If you, or anyone in your party or household is feeling ill or showing signs of illness, please DO NOT ATTEND the tour! Refunds will be given for participants that have paid for their tickets but cannot attend due to illness. The COVID-19 is a fluid situation and in the event that state and local guidelines change and the tour is not able to take place, the tour will be rescheduled for a later date. Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event? Subject material is often times at a mature level. We retell authentic history as it happened. Subject matter may include, bootlegging, prostitution, murder, racial tensions, killings, corruption, outlaw activity, and graphic deaths. While we try to keep the rating at a solid PG-13+, sometimes, the occasional NC-17 crops up. Our tours sometimes frighten adults! NO children under the age of 5 are allowed on the tours and parents should judge the individual maturity level of their own children when deciding whether or not to bring them on the tour. Certain tours may have stricter age requirements. Please see each individual tour for more information. What are my parking options for this event? We meet at the South Gate of the Price City Cemetery next to the Carbon School District Bus Garage off of 400 N. in Price. There is a large parking lot at the gate. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to tour time. What can I bring into the event? Wear comfortable shoes. Bring your camera and any ghost hunting equipment you would like to use. You never know what you might catch! Warm jackets and flashlights are very helpful on this tour. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
