Guitarist wanted for 80's style top 40 pop rock band

Established local musicians in the 40-50's age group looking for lead quality guitarist for forming top 40 pop/dance rock band (Madison WI area). Songs will concentrate on and include typical 80's pop rock dance, but also dance songs in the funk, techno, and mo-town vain; not to mention pop/dance songs of other decades including current. From song to song, the list will be varied for guitar purposes, so you would have to accept that many songs would be synth intensive with complimentary guitar, whereas others would flip to guitar intensive, and everything in between. Looking at eventual full show 3 sets and potential 100 mile radius of Madison travel, with full production and all perks expected of top quality bands, playing out 3-5 gigs per month at both nightclubs and festivals. The goal initially is to locate a guitarist that likes the music and is open to the variations of skills required for fulfilling the demands for this style of music. No drugs, no alcoholics, no head cases or egos. Providing me with youtube video, or any other recordings/videos of you in past projects, and a short biography of your past bands and accomplishments would be helpful.
