Join former USA TODAY columnist Jefferson Graham for a photowalk by the Manhattan Beach Pier. Join former USA TODAY columnist and photographer Jefferson Graham at the Manhattan Beach Pier. Bring your smartphone (or if you prefer, camera) for a social meetup to take memorable photos of the beach. And pick up some tips on how to get better smartphone photos. We'll meet at 4:30 p.m. at the foot of the Pier. Sunset will be roughly at 4:50 p.m. All are welcome, whether you're just starting out with your smartphone camera, bought a new camera and barely know how to use it, or are advanced. This is an outing with people who love taking photos. Jeff knows smartphones in and out.
