Looking for a reliable hard working cleaner to clean multiple short term rental apartments in one building off Broadway in Providence RI Responsibilities include: Drop off and pick up laundry at laundromat on Broadway Vacuum and wash all floors Clean bathrooms (shower, tub, sink, toilet). 2 apartments have 1 bathroom, the 3rd apartment has 2 bathrooms. Change bed linens in bedrooms. 2 apartments have 1 bedroom, the 3rd apartment has 2 bedrooms. Clean kitchen and occasionally wash and put away dishes IMPORTANT: Our guests expect the best and the apartments must be SPOTLESS. We have 5 star ratings on our cleanliness and we are looking for someone who shares that PASSION of providing a perfectly clean apartment for our guests. The apartments have to PERFECT. I have a check list of tasks to help make it easier. I provide cleaning materials and supplies. There could be 8 or more cleanings per week (weekdays and weekends) Cleanings need to be done between 10:30AM-2:30PM. One 1 bedroom apartment usually takes about 1 hour to clean. The maximum number of apartments to be cleaned in one day is 3 apartments which would take about 4 hours. Since they are constantly being cleaned it makes the job fairly easy. Pay is $70 per cleaning for the 2 bedroom apartment and $35 per cleaning for the 1 bedroom apartments. You must complete a W9.
