Childbirth Class - Crash Course : Self paced for those with busy schedules The 2 1/2 hours will include a few videos and instructions on how to use your self paced book and app to view all of the videos at home. Time will be given for Q&A. Demonstration of positions and birth balls will be available. Important information about going to the hospital, birth plans and the importance of building a support team for labor and postpartum. The book and app has 8 chapters of information: Understanding Pregnancy; Understanding Labor; A Birth Story; Comfort Techniques; Medical Procedures & Pain Medication Options; C Sections; Postpartum & Newborns at delivery. All Classes are taught by a Registered Nurse. Call 903 981 3206 with any questions. Classes are in the GDAC Building Suite 120. Park in the back parking lot. These classes are in-person. Masks are optional & not required. Wear one if you want to.
