ARTTITUDE PRESENTS ACROSS, AN ART EXHIBITION CURATED BY JOSE VILLALOBOS IN ASSCOCIATION WITH THE URAN ARTS CENTER. Across is a critical conversation about how our communities have been affected by the anti-immigration rhetoric and attitudes. This exhibition will serve to interpret and process collectively, the past and the current political situations around immigration, while also allowing for education, dialogue, healing, and emotional support. We hope to create a space for celebration, critical reflection, and visions for a better future. When we’re across from each other we must lift one another to break borders and boundaries. Arttitude is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which serves to unite the LGBTQ+ and underserved communities with the goal of inciting positive change and equality for all through various artistic endeavors.
