Greetings, I rent a practice space in the Fremont-Ballard (Frelard) area that I would like to share. The place features two sizable practice rooms plus a large, secure closet in which instruments can be kept. The space comes with particular time slots (16 hrs per week in total) but in reality, the rooms are almost always available; I've been playing there several times per week since March 2019 and I've never not been able to practice! In fact, just seeing someone there is very rare! It's a very secure facility in a great location on Leary Way. I keep my drums in the large closet space but there's room for other stuff in there. The practice rooms are well sound-proofed, fully wired for electrical instruments, and large enough for a band of at least 5 musicians.
