Sauces that will complete your holiday meal! Those delicious sauces make your holiday meal complete. In this lunch & learn class Chef Craig will share with you his version of cranberry sauce and turkey gravy! You will enjoy a lunch of cranberry turkey sandwich with milk bread and gravy dip. Cost for this class is $30/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef will be wearing gloves and hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made Olivelle dressing while the Chef demonstrates how to create two of the holiday sauces that sit on every holiday table! Chef Craig is the culinary director here at The Cook's Station. You will find him downstairs at the café most days or teaching cooking classes in the evenings. You will receive 20% off of your purchase the day of the class (some exclusions apply). Tea, Lemonade, and Water will be served during your meal.
