Looking to hire 1 or 2 people to work full-time on a residential window and door installation crew. Immediate start Competitive pay(paid weekly via direct deposit) Work all year round(inclement weather aside) Overtime avaliable Bonuses avaliable Major holidays paid You must... -be ok with heights ala working off ladders, planks, scaffolding, etc. -have the ability to lift/carry 80+lbs regularly. - be able to read a tape measure and have some experience with tools that suit a carpenter's skill set, hand tools and powertools alike. You must also... -have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation -have a phone -have a bank account -be able to pass a background screening -be punctual Starting pay is based on experience with a minimum salary starting at $16/hr Experience with a metal brake and metal work in general is a huge plus. The more you are able to do on a job, the more you get paid, plain and simple. That being said...a hardworking and quick learner can see their pay raise quite fast.
