Exterior Trim & Roofing Help Needed

Looking for someone to help me to finish installing some soffit and fascia. Fascia is 1x8 Boral and the soffitt is the Hardie Soffit (1/4" x 12"). Work will be both 1st floor and 2nd floor so must be o.k. with working on ladders and/or scaffolding After the exterior siding will need help to shingle the roof. This will entail removing the existing shingles and old board sheathing ( hoping to try and salvage the boards), installing new 4x8 sheets of sheathing, and then installing shingles. Is a smaller gable roof, each half of the roof is about 20ft x 14 ft. 6/12 pitch. Not concerned about level of experience, more interested in good attitude. Im happy to teach you what I know as we go along if you like. If you are experienced thats fine to.Pretty relaxed work enviroment, I try to make the work as enjoyable as possible. Pay will depend upon the abilities of the person, but the below can be used as a guide: inexperienced = $15 -$22 some experience - experienced = $22 - $27 experienced = $27 - ????
