The vibrations of the gong and singing bowls bring you into a meditative, twilight sleep state allowing the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies to relax and release. Working along the energy meridians of the body, blocks can soften and energy will flow, muscles relax and mind quiets. Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves us. Using the full moon energy, along with sound vibration, we can let go. Sound immersion has been known to improve step and reduce insomnia, as well as reduce stress anxiety levels.
