Photography Darkroom and Small Photo Studio for Rent

Hi Folks, I have a small art studio room that is almost complete as a small photo studio and photography darkroom setup. I am reaching out to see if other folks would like to share it and create their photographs? It will have the tools necessary to develop black and white, as well as color film. It will ultimately have 2-3 enlargers for printing b/w (condenser and diffuser heads) and color prints too. Trays and a stainless steel drum rinsing station for prints to use as well. The room will be light tight and ventilated within a week or so. For a small rental fee you are welcome to use the space and the hardware. I am thinking 12$/hour of use or a 70$/day rate (call a day 8 hours) Perhaps a bit flexible on multiple days over the course of a week/month. I also have a very basic set of studio strobe lights that can be used with your camera for table top or small scale photography. For that we can add on 8$/hour or 40$/day for the lighting. Also a reasonable refundable deposit for the lights. We can also maybe talk about use of an Epson film scanner at some point soon too. Please keep in mind the entire area is rather small and the ceilings are somewhat low;) You provide all the chemicals/paper necessary for your work as that is something we won’t be able to provide. You understand:) I will almost always be nearby, nextdoor if assistance is needed with anything at the studio. Thanks and feel feee to drop a line about yourself!
