$200 sign on bonus (paid after 30 days) Hi my name is Lucky and I have a small family owned commercial janitorial company with only 3 employees based out of my home in Laveen AZ 85339 We are looking to train a new lead tech for commercial janitor and floor cleaning services throughout the valley and sometimes Flagstaff and California No janitorial, carpet cleaning experience needed We love training hard workers looking to learn new skills and a possible future. 3rd shift 12am to 8am (no traffic) Start pay $14.50 per hr ($116 per day) 5 days a week Sunday-Thursday and sometimes weekends if we do not finish the job. Off Fridays and Saturdays As a lead tech With a $1 pay raise each year, within 5 years you can be earning $20hr ($160 per day) Must have: Clean diving record (we add you to company vehicle insurance) Good reliable registered vehicle (you will sometimes be driving your vehicle to different job sites throughout the week when you are not cleaning carpets or tile and do not need the truck mount) Be able to lift 50+lbs (lifting floor buffer in and out of truck) Smart phone to track hours, clock in clock out and communicate Able to work alone unsupervised, and at times able to work in a group. (We spend most our month here intown. Company pays extra $2 per hour while working out of town for the week along with $30 per diem per day.)
