Flying can make many people a bit nervous, same with crowds, lines and just the general chaos of the traveling life. What about sleep? Sometimes not being in our own bed can make for a difficult nights sleep. No one wants to be tired when they are trying to enjoy themselves on vacation. When we are away from home, exploring new places, and on the go, we are interacting with more people and germs than we normally would.
