We weren't actively looking but a friend found a German shepherd puppy. They asked if we wanted it and we talked about negatives and positives. Ultimately, getting a dog made me anxious but my partner absolutely loved the idea. Fortunately, the pup found it's owners but unfortunately for us we were left with an empty space. We had been planning for the pup but wanted to give time for owners to find it. We looked at kennels and the best dog foods. We thought about all our vet expenses. Ultimately, I believe we are ready for the right fit. We do plan to spay or neuter at the right age for the dog. We have no intentions or wants for breeding. We do live in a apartment with two small children. We plan on purchasing a home soon. Another year in an apartment at most. My partner hopes for a dog he can walk a lot. But at the same time we live in an apartment. If you feel you have a pup that could work we would love to see if they are the right fit. Not breed specific but we love dobies and bull terriers. Prefer a short hair breed but that's not a must. We are okay with reasonable rehoming fees as we know puppies are not cheap! Thank you!
