Help! Stray kitties...2 of them

There are 2 stray kitties outside my place, my landlord doesn't like me feeding it and have asked me to stop. I'm afraid it's going to die; he/she isn't old enough to find food for itself it's starting to get cold outside. I would keep it if I could, he/she is totally friendly and lets me handle him/her. The kitty has a buddy, he's less than a year old...friendly with me bc I used to feed him, but a little skiddish with others because all the neighbors around here try to scare him away. Ideally they would go together... I've called several cat rescue places but so far no one has turned my calls/emails. If anyone can help, please contact me. Thank you!
