LOST ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

18th near Empire, San Jose CA

On Wednesday October 20th our 14 year old fragile poodle Toy went missing. He was last seen on 18th street and Empire, We are so worried for him as the weather has not been the greatest and he sleeps inside at night. He’s blind and moves pretty slow but we love him so much and want him back home safe inside where he belongs. Please if anyone knows anything or has even spotted him please respond to this post. He is very sweet and good with other dogs.
