Tow by rope to parking rental space

Hi, I am seeking help with my HOME parking, which is, (God willing for now, till the entertainment industry grows more robust and steady work is available), a shuttle bus that up till a few months ago I was able to drive it, then the battery was stolen, and then the catylitic converter was gone also so now I've had to tow by rope every 3 or 4 days so I am looking for parking on private property so I don't have to move so often, perhaps you rent a driveway, parking or what for a month see if we get along or not....say 1 month for $150 your private property driveway or parking spot, thank you for your consideration.
