NEED HOT WATER IN BUILDING

We are desperately in need of a hot water heater replacement in our building. None of the tenants have access to hot water. No bathing, washing hands, zero for cooking or sanitization. Yes it's insane, but the landlord has stated, "if you ask me to buy one I WILL THROW ALL OF YOU OUT". The owner of this establishment does not care if his building stands empty. All of us are unable to move and usually have to do many repairs here ourselves. Some of the people are elderly and live on a shoe string budget barely surviving and we cannot afford to be thrown into the street. Yes, we could call OSHA, yes we could leverage this person but it would simply mean everyone would end up homeless. He has the work-around to do this. Plus, we cherish our building/home. Please help us reach our goal to have a professional plumber purchase and install a new hot water heater and help us get our lives back as we go into the winter season. Many Thanks and Blessings!!
