Join us for a socially distant Carpool Cinema experience! We will be showing the film "Just Mercy" at Wynwood's Carpool Cinema. You will drive up to the event space, be assigned a place to park your car, and from there enjoy the film "Just Mercy." A snack bag and viewing guide is included in the ticket cost! The event site has bathrooms that will be sanitized after every use, but you must stay in your car for the duration of the film. *Pro tip* turn your trunk into a cozy viewing spot by bringing lots of blankets to snuggle up in, and leaving it open as you watch! Based on the bestselling book, "Just Mercy" presents the unforgettable story of Bryan Stevenson (Michael B. Jordan) and the case of Walter McMillian (Jamie Foxx), who was convicted and sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit. The intention of showing this particular film is to further conversation in Miami on racial justice. Every car will be given a viewing guide upon entry, as well as the option to attend a post-screening Zoom call to further discuss the film.
