Handyman service hiring independent contractors $50/HR

Independent Contractors wanted for handyman service. Must have: Own tools, presentable vehicle(truck/van/suv) less than 20 years old with valid driver license and vehicle insurance/registration, ability to produce consistent, quality results in a reasonable amount of time. 1099 independent contractor work. Pay is 50.00 per billable hour. 1-2 appointments per day(depending on anticipated job length). 2 hour appointment minimum. Flexible schedule: 1st appointment 10am, 2nd appointment 3pm, 7 days a week. You can choose what days you work but you can not modify your choice routinely. No exterior work during the winter, approximately October through April but the weather decides the exact dates. No work in the rain, if it rains on a day with an exterior job the job gets pushed and an interior job gets bumped up(or you can stay home). No working at heights over approximately 12'. Must have the following tools in addition to your typical hand tools: You do not need to carry these everyday but you do need to be able to take them to a job anytime with zero notice: 8' step ladder 16' extension ladder 6' step ladder air compressor with guns: 23ga, 18ga, 16ga, 15ga, 1/4" crown stapler Chop saw 12" table saw 10" 6' level You need to carry these everyday in addition to hand tools and the like: small chop saw (7 1/4", 10") corded hammer drill corded skill saw corded palm sander corded router laser level Miscellaneous consumables including: caulking, silicone, wood putty, sheetrock filler, tape, sand paper, shims, glue, trash bags, etc. Cordless set must include: sawsall multi tool saw (aka: dremel, zip saw, sheetrock saw) drill/driver vacuum jigsaw 4+ 4ah batteries or bigger You need to be physically fit to do this job, sometimes you will have to carry your tools up stairs or hang a tv or cabinet by yourself. Everyone has their own idea of what a hard day's work is but if you are a legitimate journeyman used to having a real trade job this is a gravy train. Often these appointments consist of hanging some floating shelves and adjusting kitchen cabinet drawers. Sometimes clients only need one task done such as moving a strike plate so that a door will function properly and the appointment finishes in 30 minutes. In this situation the client is still billed for 2 hours and so you still get paid for the 2 hours. I don't want to over sell it though, you will have days you dig up a mailbox with 100lbs of concrete at the bottom also. I do not want to encourage any fakers either, this is gravy for a journeyman, it will be a quick disaster for a faker. If you are the type of person who wants to get as many hours in a week as you can I will try to accommodate you but I cannot guarantee that. The schedule is usually booked out 3-6 weeks so I am often able to get you an additional job the same day if you have two quick appointments unexpectedly. If you are the opposite and would prefer to be home every time the opportunity comes up I will accommodate that also. The service area is large and I do my best to schedule appointments based on location. However, you must be willing to drive to any appointment within the service area. I can not schedule you for only Renton appointments or just for appointments on the eastside. Please respond with a picture of your vehicle and something that resembles a resume.
