Carpet Cleaner needed asap

Im looking for a carpet cleaner we just moved into a home where all the carpet has a dark line on the edges. I was advised because of poor circulation this occurs. I have already had a carpet cleaner come but he was not able to resolve this issue. Please look at the picture below message me if you can clean this? I read online to do this by hand with a towl, but im hoping for other solutions.
