NORWICH — A Norwich resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Stonington earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 19, Francis Fink Jr., of Norwich purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Applegreen New England Inc. in North Stonington and won $10,000.
