A1A Watersports is looking for a skilled Full -Time Repair Technician help maintain our fleet of Boat Rentals & Jet Ski's. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of electrical systems. Basic ability to use mechanical/electrical tools for diagnostics, Hard working and reliable. Must have a basic set of mechanics tools. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean drivers record. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing maintenance or repairs to Engine components Onboard electrical systems, trailers, and control systems Imaintenance and light mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate must have a least one year of experience working with boats. This position requires a person who enjoys working in a very busy outdoor environment, ability to lift heavy objects, and have a great personality and enjoys having fun with our customers on the water. Local knowledge of Islamorada Waterways would be preferred. We strive to maintain a very friendly environment among staff and customers. Bilingual if possible Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. (Weekends and Holidays) Must have Reliable transportation to get to work everyday.
