Here are the top stories in Burlington today: A Burlington man was charged with vandalizing two social service agencies on consecutive days. 34-year-old Patrick Cristaldi admitted to throwing a rock through two different windows at the Committee On Temporary Shelter office on North Avenue just after 9:30 a.m. Saturday, injuring an employee in the process. Cristaldi was also arrested on Friday for smashing in the office door at the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity on South Champlain Street that morning and slashing tires of nearby parked cars. Prior to these two incidents, he was already facing charges in connection with other Burlington vandalism incidents from last month. (Local 22/44 News)A unique mural in Burlington aims to get people thinking about how some of their neighbors navigate the city. "Walk Your Own Path," a recently installed art project in the busy Old North End, highlights the experience of blind and visually impaired residents navigating the city. Colorful lines trace strokes from canes that belong to real visually impaired folks, who use them every day to check their paths for obstacles. A guide dog's paw prints are also included in the sidewalk mural.
