HOUSTON, TX — Authorities found three abandoned children along with skeletal remains Sunday at an apartment complex in west Houston. The skeletal remains could belong to a fourth minor, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a tweet. The apartment complex is located at 3535 Green Crest near Addicks Clodine Road and Westpark Tollway, according to authorities. City Parc II at West Oaks Apartments is located at that address.
