LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A power outage in Laguna Beach was reported late Saturday morning and could affect residents and knock out some traffic signals, city officials said. Around noon, city officials said a "problem has been identified [and] repair is in progress." Southern California Edison was reportedly working to make repairs to restore power by around 2 p.m. No other details were immediately available.
