Recently purchases a house on the West Side and I'm looking for someone to do lawn maintenance and shoveling, as well as repair jobs as needed. It's an old house and I need someone that can respond to my calls and be ready to go down to the house and help out with repairs with a day or two notice. I'm willing to pay really good money and it's for generally easy gigs that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes - 1 hour. I will only work with you if you are RELIABLE, otherwise this will not work.
