Sweet, talkative cat to a good home

We have a sweet kitty who needs a new home. He's 7 years old, he's very playful and loves to talk. He can't be in a home with dogs and he's never been around children but he's very nice, so children should be fine. He would prefer to be an indoor/outdoor cat as he loves to frolic in the grass.
