Description
Hi, thanks for reading. We're a property management company that's rapidly expanding in the Western PA region and we need personnel to bring in and help with the process.
At this time I am specifically looking for someone that is competent with low to mid-level utility repairs; especially plumbing. Supply and drain repairs and replacements; fixture swap outs, etc. Lots of older home repair situations: copper supply lines, cast/copper/terra cotta drain systems. I need someone who confidently and competently knows how to approach these situations and understands how to blend and utilize new materials to old. No Sharkbites. Seriously. Know pex, know ferncos, know how to splice plastic into metal drains; soldering is important. Tub diverters, tub placements and installs, shower surround panel kits, etc. For God's sake please know how to tell the difference between a drain line and a supply line.
Electrical skills are also of interest but not as pressing as plumbing. Same general context; old homes needing repairs and updates.
