Need help with my three unit building. Vacuum inside stairways weekly. Bring garbage bags down to the street on Weds. afternoon or early evening. Sweep decks once a week. Shovel entrances, side deck, front steps and walkways during and possibly after a snowstorm. Driveway is plowed by someone else but you will need to supplement by hand with some shoveling and salt and sanding (provided). If it doesn't snow much this job is really easy, if it snows you will have to work harder to help keep the property safely cleared for tenants. If you are reliable and can work unsupervised this may be a good fit for you. I have other properties if you have transportation and want to do the same type of work close by.
