Found dog today

Was on my way home and saw a dog in the street, looks to be a pit. Brown and white, he’s a big boy but it seems like he’s still a puppy or very young, he’s got a black and silver collar on with a tag for his vet but we tried to take him to a vet and see if he’s microchipped but he is not. Please contact me if you’ve lost your dog in the Toledo area- and please let me know what color the tag is or what vet you have him at so I know you’re the owner! He’s so happy and friendly I’d hate to think someone is missing their baby. I’d keep him if I could but I cannot due to us having a cat, we do have him in our basement with some food and water and gave him a good brushing with flea and tick spray so he’s been in good hands, we just want the owners to be able to get their baby back!
