Must have experience and wet saw. 12x24 tiles with 30% offset. 4 inch baseboard see pics for finished room and 2 bdrms and hallway project 200 sq ft total. I have the tile. Pay is $5 sq foot $1000 cash paid daily as job progresses. Baseboard included for the 1k also note quarter round ceramic on top of baseboard. 6198329521 chris
