Need 80ish tapcon screws removed

I removed a 10x14 shed only to find that I had 80ish screws that grounded the base into the cement. I couldn't get them out using my tools so I thought I would post something here rather than buying tools that I'll never use again. The job will be considered complete when every piece of the metal base is able to be removed from the cement and the cement is flat. The best route would probably be to ground off the heads of the screws.
