I am a real estate investor and we do deals in the Cleveland area, but I live out of state. I need someone to be my "Boots on the Ground" in Cleveland. This is a part-time job and the hours are pretty flexible. The pay is $15 per hour and is paid weekly. Here is what you need for this job: 1. You must have your own car (in decent condition) and proof of insurance and a valid driver's license. 2. A digital camera or smartphone with a camera and the ability to take and email non-fuzzy digital pictures. 3. You must be presentable, reliable, and follow through when you promise you will do something. When I get a new property to sell, I need someone to 1. Pick up the keys from the deed holder. 2. Take interior and exterior pictures and email them to me or my assistant. 3. You would also need to go to the hardware store and buy (I will reimburse you) a combo lockbox and materials for a handwritten sign (keep receipts). You will create the sign (I'll tell you how), meet with the seller and get the key, put the lockbox on the door of the house, take pictures and email them to me. This has to be done within 24 hours of the time I notify you of the new property. It's very important that it happen quickly. We may only have a few of these houses at the beginning - or maybe just one, but our hope is to expand our business in the CLEVELAND AREA and have more of them each week. There may be some other tasks that I need help with, locally as well, if you have the time to do them. 4. I would also ask that you occasionally show properties for me. We will schedule the showings and all you have to do is let the potential buyers into the house and stay out of the way - and smile at them (of course). Any questions the buyers have about the house or the deal should be referred to me. I can usually talk to them on the phone while they are at the house with you. This job would be perfect for someone who is retired and has a flexible schedule, but I will consider anyone who might be right for the job as long as you have a healthy work ethic and are reliable.
